Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Products can be exchanged within 2-4 days of delivery .

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact .Once the product is received back at our storage and passes the quality check, we will process your exchange.

For issues related to size, fit, or personal preference, only exchanges are allowed. 

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

If the product you receive is damaged or defective upon delivery, you may request a refund.

Refunds will be issued back to your as store credits/ original payment method**

For all other cases (size issues, preference, etc.), refunds will only be issued in the form of store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
